Return & Replacement Policy – Free Bird Seeds

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns, but we want to make sure you're satisfied. If you're dissatisfied or encounter issues with your seeds, we offer a one-time replacement, provided the conditions outlined below are met.
By purchasing from Free Bird Seeds, you agree to our Return & Replacement Policy. We reserve the right to refuse any request if the terms outlined below are not satisfied.
No Returns Accepted
Due to the nature of cannabis seeds, Free Bird Seeds does not accept returns. Once your order is placed, it cannot be returned, except under specific circumstances outlined in our replacement policy.
One-Time Replacement Policy
We understand that things can go wrong, and we're committed to making it right. If you are dissatisfied with your seeds or if they are damaged or faulty, you may be eligible for a one-time replacement. However, we require the following:
- Proof of Issue: To process a replacement, we ask that you provide clear evidence of the issue (such as photos or detailed descriptions). This ensures that we are addressing genuine problems.
- Contact Us Within 7 Days: Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order if you believe the seeds are damaged, defective, or if you are not satisfied with your purchase.
- Replacement Process: We will review your request and provide instructions for returning the product (if necessary). A replacement will be issued once we have verified the issue.
We reserve the right to decline any replacement requests that do not meet these criteria or if we believe the request is being made unfairly.
Shipping and Address Accuracy
It is important that you provide the correct delivery information. We are not responsible for lost, delayed, or misdelivered packages due to incorrect addresses, and we will not re-ship orders free of charge if there is an address error.
Replacement Terms
- Replacements are offered for one-time dissatisfaction or damaged goods.
- Replacement claims must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Proof of damage or dissatisfaction is required for the replacement to be processed.
- Replacements are offered at our discretion, and we reserve the right to refuse a replacement if we believe the issue is due to mishandling or misuse after the product has left our facility.
Germination Issues
We understand that germination can sometimes fail due to various factors beyond our control, such as improper handling or environmental conditions. However, we will consider germination claims only under the following conditions:
- You must contact us within 30 days of your purchase if you believe the seeds failed to germinate.
- Germination rates are typically expected to be 90% or higher. We will not replace seeds if your germination rate exceeds 89%.
- If you experience widespread germination issues with multiple strains or breeders, we reserve the right to determine whether the issue lies with the seed or other factors.
Disclaimer
All seeds sold by Free Bird Seeds contain less than 0.3% THC and are sold exclusively as collectible genetic souvenirs to individuals aged 21 and over. It is your responsibility to check local laws before purchasing. We are not liable for the use of seeds after they leave our facility.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time, and we are not liable for any legal consequences that may arise from the purchase, possession, or use of our products.
